Hydraulic Thumb (Bracket Pivot Type)

The Thumb consists of two bisalloy constructed tynes which hydraulically pivot off a bracket welded to the dipper arm. It is used in conjunction with an attachment such as a ripper tyne or bucket and can be folded away when not in use.
